This Independent Contractor Agreement is between DollfaceDredie ("Company") and the undersigned ("Freelancer"), certifying that the Freelancer is contracted for Makeup and/or Hair Services as booked by Omega Mighty (owner of DollfaceDredie). I agree to the following: • All confirmed bookings must be fulfilled once agreed upon via electronic communication, deposits, and/or calendar invitations. • I shall only accept jobs I am capable of performing. • In unforeseen circumstances, I will provide advance notice as early as possible and arrange adequate coverage. • Failure to provide notice constitutes a breach and grounds for termination. • Upon resignation, I will fulfill all outstanding bookings. Resignation effective only after the last booking. • When contracted for Makeup Services, I will provide lashes and a touchup kit (lip wand + lip sample) to all clients. • I will wear the DollfaceDredie uniform for all bookings and send confirmation photos to brides@dollfacedredie.com. • I will wear all required Protective Personal Equipment. • I will thoroughly sanitize my kit, products, and tools before and throughout every booking. • Standard rates: Bridal Party Makeup and/or Hair — $80.00 per person | Bride — $110.00 • I hold harmless Omega Mighty and all DollfaceDredie representatives for any damages or cancellations. • I shall not disclose confidential information including financials, artist fees, client information, or any proprietary DollfaceDredie information. • I agree to continue contracting clients originally booked through DollfaceDredie exclusively through DollfaceDredie. DollfaceDredie reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately for any cause.

This policy outlines how DollfaceDredie Beauty Studios and its artists may use photographs taken during bookings for social media, website, and press purposes. Both the Studio and Artist retain the right to share images with appropriate credit. Client consent is obtained separately.
